Doctoral Symposium
In addition to its plenary scientific sessions, the conference will include a one-day doctoral symposium,
creating an opportunity for doctoral students to present their thesis work proposals and progress, and
receive constructive comments and guidance from peer mentors in the fields.
Students interested in RIVF'08 Doctoral Symposium are invited to submit papers up
to 4 pages, on-line, and in the same PDF format and IEEE standard template as regular
papers. All papers submitted to the doctoral symposium will also be reviewed and
selected ones will be published in the conference addendum contributions.

How do I submit my paper?
Unfortunately we cannot accept the paper submitted via e-mail.
To facilitate the reviewing
process you are asked to submit the paper via the
RIVF website instead of sending it via e-mail.
RIVF has a number of reviewers and we use the website
as a centralized management tool for
the reviewing process. Please follow the instruction below.

Go to the Sign up
form to create a Profile.
As you complete the form, you will receive username
and password details via e-mail.

Use this information to sign in using the
Sign in
interface.

Once you are signed in with your Profile, you
may submit a paper by selecting the new
menu options that will appear in the left menu.
