February 21, 2008: Following the request of several authors, the Organizing Committee decides to extend the deadline of paper submission until March 03, 2008. No additional extension will be allowed. | ||||||||||||||||||||

February 04, 2008: Due to a conflict with the National College Entrance Examination, the Conference dates are shifted to July 13-17. The Organization Committee sincerely regrets for any inconvenience it may cause. | ||||||||||||||||||||
