Welcome to RIVF 2008

Evolving from a french speaking conference on computer sciences in its early stage, RIVF has become a major scientific event for researchers in the field of Computing and Communications Technologies, not only in Vietnam but also worldwide. The previous edition, RIVF'07, held in Hanoi, had received submissions coming from 23 countries across all the continents. This sixth edition is hosted by the University of Natural Sciences of Vietnam National University at Ho Chi Minh City, and is sponsored in the first time by the newly established IEEE Vietnam Section and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Region 10 and IEEE Communication Society. RIVF'08 continues to offer an opportunity for researchers and innovators to discuss problems, share results, identify emerging issues, and establish academic collaborations in various disciplines of computing and communications.

How do I submit my paper?

Unfortunately we cannot accept the paper submitted via e-mail. To facilitate the reviewing process you are asked to submit the paper via the RIVF website instead of sending it via e-mail. RIVF has a number of reviewers and we use the website as a centralized management tool for the reviewing process. Please follow the instruction below.

  1. Go to the Sign up form to create a Profile. As you complete the form, you will receive username and password details via e-mail.
  2. Use this information to sign in using the Sign in interface.
  3. Once you are signed in with your Profile, you may submit a paper by selecting the new menu options that will appear in the left menu.

How do I register?

  2. Use the information sent to you via e-mail to sign in using the Sign in interface.
  3. Once you are signed in with your Profile, you may register to the conference selecting the new menu options that will appear in the left menu.

Please note that we greatly appreciate pre-payment via credit card or bank transfer as our abilities to handle cash payment on site may be limited.
