The purpose of the 2009 IEEE-RIVF International Conference on Computing and
Telecommunication Technologies (IEEE-RIVF 09) shall be to advance the understanding and application of Intelligence
Computing, Information and Communications Technologies. The previous edition, RIVF'08, held in Ho Chi Minh City, had received
submissions coming from 23 countries across all the continents. This seventh edition is hosted by the Danang University of Technology; sponsored by the
IEEE Vietnam Section in cooperation with IEEE Region 10, and is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society, and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. RIVF 09 continues to offer an opportunity for researchers and innovators to discuss problems, share results, identify emerging issues, and establish academic collaborations in various disciplines of computing and communications.
